(I’m assuming he doesn’t mind the subtle taste because I sneak a few slices into his smoothies all the time – insert mischievous giggle here!). All of those things impact the texture, and texture is key.Īnd that’s exactly why the hubby dislikes them. I can’t handle a mushy or starchy banana. They can’t be too ripe or too green, and they can’t be bruised.
